Sixth Class Go Ice-Skating
Sixth Class went Ice Skating on the 10th of December, John generously brought us Ice Skating in Limerick City. We departed from school at 10 o’ clock and arrived at the Ice Rink at approximately 11:45. After arriving, we got fitted out and then wobbled along towards the rink wearing our ice skates. As we stepped foot on the ice your immediate reaction was to clutch onto the railing around the outside! Soon we were all practically flying around the rink, with the “occasional” slip. Afterwards, we went to a shop where we spent our €3 on whatever we desired! Next, we continued our adventure with a picnic at Cratloe woods! It was a great day! Thanks to John and Shona!
